Officers in Attendance:
Welcome and Introductions: Lazette called the meeting to order at 7:08 pm.
Financials: Usual update.
Beautification Committee: Asked for suggestions on bids for park maintenance.
Welcome Committee: No new residents.
Activities Committee: Easter Egg Hunt March 15th 11am @ the park. Village wide Easter Egg Hunt same day at 2pm. Pictures were added to the website that coincide with the featured article in the newsletter Old Business: Looking for more people to be involved in the creation of the quarterly newsletter. Mr. Sancho said he may be interested in helping. Secretary and President positions are up this year. We are looking for interested candidates and nominations. We are also looking for a webmaster and a block party coordinator. Village Easter Egg Hunt is at 2pm Men’s Club: In the process of figuring out who is active and who is not. No news to report.
New Business: Village updates include:
Student government day
50th anniversary committee fundraising for memorial. Still selling bricks for memorial.
Meetings are held Tuesday nights.
Sauk Talk coming out soon.
Mr. Collins updated us on the homes for sale in the neighborhood. Monday there was an attempted break in on Laura Lane.
